They Rescued A Tabby Cat From Cold, But Never Expected This To Happen

With winter finally here in full force, the homeless cats and dogs are feeling the cold as much as the rest of us. Rescuers are out in full force, trying to save animals before the winter temperatures claim them. The Elkhard County Humane Society, in Indiana, can get crowded due to all of the animals that need help, and when they found this darling tabby cat, the shelter was just too full.

Thankfully, they knew they could call the people over at Here Kitty Kitty Rescue to come help. Here, Kitty Kitty is a rescue group, and when they heard that not only was this tabby homeless, but pregnant, they had to act. Only ten days after being taken in by the group, the mother went in to labor.

The mother gave birth to a lone female tabby kitten, a male ginger, and also identical quadruplet boys too.

The six kittens are all healthy, and the mother seemed to handle it all pretty well. They’re now a happy family, nursing and taking nice warm naps.

The five boys seem to like to cuddle around the little girl, or maybe she just stands out in all the photos. So cute!

The mother and kittens will all need forever homes, but for now they’re just trying to stay strong.

The mother, Agatha, is taking over her motherly duties well, and there are high hopes that they’ll all find homes soon. Please share this to help them find some place to call home!
