This Pit Bull Endured a Difficult Past, But Now She Has a Unique Ability Towards Cats

Jewel, a pit bull with a lot of love, lives up to her name every day.

This ten-year-old canine has had an interesting and somewhat difficult life, but her past has given her a unique ability.

She is now a virtual cat magnet and is adored by kitties of all kinds.

Before getting her powers for cat control, she endured abuse, injury and repetitive breeding for profit.

Eventually, she was seized by animal control officers and treated for her injuries as well as heartworm disease.

Jewel had a litter of puppies with her when she was rescued, but five passed away due to poor health.

Upon adoption, Jewel was introduced to her new owner, Hayley Baer, and his fostered cats.

Surprisingly, once the cats dared to approach her, they forged an unbreakable bond.

Although the two original cats Baer owned passed away, a series of foster cats have found comfort with Jewel as their companion.
